Mayland Community College offers access to Northstar services through the North Carolina Community College System's initiative to create digital skills training for adult learners in WIOA Title II programs. All participants in WIOA Title II programs are required to complete a registration form and placement testing. Students in the Pre-College Programs Department at Mayland Community College may request a Northstar account, schedule proctored assessments, and earn digital literacy certificates. All services are free of charge.
